Garage sales

I am an avid Marketplace and Carousell user. And I've been inspired by those garage sales videos from AUS/US/UK and thinking can we have that here in KK?

Can we get approval from DBKK to maybe setup a public space and have small-time reseller / people with lot of treasure sell and buy items? Or maybe some space to park our car and just sell from our car boot.
