Sam’s club vs Costco in salt lake area

Which is better between Sam’s club and Costco in Salt Lake? I am moving there in a few months and I had a Costco membership for years but then I moved to Alabama and they are not good here at all. Exact opposite in the North Midwest area where costcos are amazing. Any thoughts?
