I need help landing some redfish!

What’s going on fellas, I have a question for anyone willing to help with a newer fisherman. I’ve been using traditional bait casters/spin casters for years. I’ve been wanting to give fly fishing a shot so I bought set up. I have my casting somewhat down, able to cast 40’ or so through double haul. But I haven’t been able to catch. Anyone want to give some advice on the retrievals to target gulf coast redfish? Ive switched it up to long fast retrieves, to short slow retrievals. Any help would be appreciated!
