What place has good schools, Asian restaurants, and housing <$800k?

Which places meet these criteria?

• Good public schools
• House with yard attainable for <$800k
• Good variety of East Asian restaurants

We currently live in Las Vegas which is affordable and has great restaurants but terrible schools. Considering other locations now that we have a kiddo. From my research so far, the following may be good candidates but I have little to no experience with them:

• Chicago suburbs
• Sacramento, CA.
• Plano, TX
• Cerritos, CA (likely over budget)
• Maybe some Seattle suburb but they all seem really expensive
