Sciatica or piriiformis? What

Slight pain in the blue circled area not that bad barely bothers me but noticeable I've also noticed that when I walk up the 4 steps on my patio deck there was weakness on the outside of my quad enough to make me feel slightly unbalanced going up/down stairs/steps I've also noticed after having a good rigorous session of sex with the wife I'll have slight discomfort in the tailbone area I'm a 29 year old overweight yet very flexible/active male but I've been inactive since February of this year due to recovering from a bad ankle (left ankle opposite leg) sprain
