Close account

I fear I might’ve made it difficult for myself, but I want to close my account from abroad. I no longer live in Canada, and don’t have a Canadian phone number anymore. I live in Europe so I don’t have the option to visit a branch in person. What do I do? I don’t want to pay the monthly fee for my account when it isn’t in use
