Anyone else having issues getting parts for 2024 Seltos?

First Seltos post! So - I'm a new 2024 owner of a black Kia Seltos. Absolutely LOVE the car - but of course get rear ended within a month of having it. I've been fighting with Kia, since they have no estimated ETA on when the back bumper will be in stock, and my repair shop already took it off and can't put it back on.

Any advice on how to go about making this urgent with Kia? Anyone else had this type of experience? It's with their escalation team, but the person that reached out to me was NOT helpful... My rental (paid for by the person who hit me) is about to be over on the 15th.

Of course - since it's a new car, missing out on all the new car features like Sirius XM and the Kia Connect. Has anyone done anything to have Kia take care of this for me?
