Wegovy prescription costs on GEHA HDHP

I was prescribed wegovy after hit my deductible on GEHA HDHP last year. My prescription costs was after insurance and the coupon. just got my new dosage prescription and now my cost is well over $1, 200 with insurance in the new year. Will the cost go down after hit deductible again of $1650? When order next month will it only be maybe $450?
