Rare Beauty Lip Oil Stain

I purchased the Rare Beauty Lip Oil about 6 months ago. I really love it BUT every time I wear it, I get really dry patches on my lips. Does anyone else have this same reaction ? I don’t know if I’m allergic to something in this formula or what’s going on. The first time I wore it, I was able to use it for a couple day then I got the dry reaction. Now, during winter I can’t wear it at all because after one day of use…I have dry patches for like a week.
