I think itâs safe to say in the sub when you have unconventional practices or actually example customer care to existing or potential clients (in which many donât agree with)â- they will use their âopinionsâ as âfactsâ to justify reason behind their snarky comments and tone. This post is to not shame anyone but to bring a sense of self awareness. Most only say what they think others will agree withđâ- & others wonât speak up at all in fear of being judged and ridiculed and whatâs even funnier DOWN VOTEDđ¤. Can I be frank and say this sub should be utilized to enlighten, advise (when asked lol), & advocate for the few who have no other outlet. From the few months that Iâve joinedâ- there is always a sense of âIâm right, youâre wrongâ and in most cases from fellow SW TO SW. Itâs really rare that I see a SW picking apart a client ( not that this should be a norm either ) but gessh lol we have it bad enough as is. RELAX. How YOU run & operate YOUR business is YOUR BUSINESS & also shaming one because YOU DONâT believe in adequate customer service ETC is just blahh.
