I think it’s safe to say in the sub when you have unconventional practices or actually example customer care to existing or potential clients (in which many don’t agree with)—- they will use their “opinions” as “facts” to justify reason behind their snarky comments and tone. This post is to not shame anyone but to bring a sense of self awareness. Most only say what they think others will agree with😆—- & others won’t speak up at all in fear of being judged and ridiculed and what’s even funnier DOWN VOTED🤭. Can I be frank and say this sub should be utilized to enlighten, advise (when asked lol), & advocate for the few who have no other outlet. From the few months that I’ve joined—- there is always a sense of “I’m right, you’re wrong” and in most cases from fellow SW TO SW. It’s really rare that I see a SW picking apart a client ( not that this should be a norm either ) but gessh lol we have it bad enough as is. RELAX. How YOU run & operate YOUR business is YOUR BUSINESS & also shaming one because YOU DON’T believe in adequate customer service ETC is just blahh.
