Just got threatened and now I'm so afraid I'm shaking

So I was on a website I shouldn't have been on (not anything illegal, just not socially befitting), and was chatting to someone. We were talking and had exchanged pics, and then they requested money and said they would expose my face and profile on that platform to Twitter and Facebook. I'm so scared now, because it may jeapordize my relationship with my girlfriend and job at work if it gets leaked. They don't have my email, phone number, or socials, just my photos and profile on that platform. I'm so scared right now, I don't know what to do.

I haven't transferred any money yet, but they're pushing me and I'm running out of time. Please help
