How are your Sheepies with kids?

We're trying to decide between a Sheepie, Goldendoodle, or Bernedoodle. We have a 8 and 4 year old. Huge backyard. I work from home so our current dog is never alone.

Leaning towards a Sheepie, but are they good with kids? I know they have a herding instinct, but just looking for some real experiences! Thanks in advance.
