I once praised Christine’s mothering…
When Christine sat Truely down and talked to her like an adult about the divorce I really was taken a back by how well their communication was. Seeing how Truely acts around David and Christine makes me feel like she never really prepared Truely for the new relationship. You can tell she is informally physically pushing herself in between them when they are affectionate. I think Christine outright told Truely “David and I are going to be together regardless of what my kids opinions are”. She really reminds me of my own mother because I think she prioritized moving in the spite Kody over the comfortably of Truely. I know Christine needs to live her own life but all seemed so quick and the fact that David and Truely cohabitated so quickly was concerning. I remember the weird feeling I got when my mom’s first boyfriend/husband was sleeping on my dad’s side of the bed and how uncomfortable I felt. Again… I know Christine just wants happiness but I think her motives were more so to move on to spite Kody and gain some sort of “I’m desirable” feeling for once in her life but I honestly think Christine really didn’t consider her kids at all. She literally said “even if my kids didn’t approve of David we’d be together regardless”. We all know her kids didn’t say 1 peep of disapproval to her because they just felt bad for the treatment she had with Kody all those years.
