I feel like and know I’m about to experience sleep paralysis, how can I stop sleep paralysis from happening?
I’m genuinely horrified from sleep paralysis because I keep hearing demonic voices speaking gibberish to me and as if every heartbeat I have is generating an explosion inside my head and feeling like my blood is about to explode feeing like I have a heart attack and am about to die.
Basically right now I feel tingly and falling through my bed and it almost happened to me like 3 times but stopped randomly as if it “edged” sleep paralysis and I can literally hear my blood flow as if I’m yawning like twice as loud and it sounds and feels as If I’m on a railroad and a train is coming towards me.
Sleep paralysis f’d up my sleep schedule and my mental well being and I just want some advice before it happens again, I can’t let this happen again because I already have a bad headache and I’m in a horrible mood, please I really need some advice on how to stop this shit from happening and I already tried turning it into a lucid dream but it’s literally impossible because sleep paralysis always comes first and gives me a ton of fear and panic right after.
