Since Fico has been found in a luxury hotel in Vietnam while heavy protests are going on, does that mean he fled and now it's the time to occupy the government?

Due to the receent post about Fico's disappearance and reappearance in Vietnam in a luxury hotel, I think it is only logical to assume, that he fled the country and now and only now is the time to occupy the government. Or do I misinterpret his chosen absence?
