Any tips/tricks for running the 5.7 suppressed?

I picked up my silencerco sparrow today (went with that since my cousin recommended it and it is rated for 5.7). I am planning on going to the range this weekend and am just wondering if there are any tips/tricks/things to avoid when suppressing it. I ordered some subsonic ammo but unfortunately it probably won't arrive in time.
