Snapchat access temporarily disabled

Snapchat won’t let me login into my account on my phone but on other phone I can without any problem on my phone it says „Due to multiple failed attempts or other unusual activities your access temporarily disabled on Snapchat.“ does anyone know what should I do? I tried creating new account and as soon as I logged out I cannot log in again
