Snapchat account temporarily disabled

„Due to multiple failed attempts or other unusual activities your access temporarily disabled on Snapchat.“ Still can log into my account on my old phone. already tried waiting and 2 step Authentication. can someone who had this problem and solved it help. thanks already

Update: Got my account back just wait a few days and write the support. They didn't answer but my account got fixed.
