Fav/Least Fav Newer Exercises?
I like the twisted army crawl. I don’t love the Bulgarian/Romanian deadlifts. I don’t feel feel like I was getting what I needed out of the Romanian deadlift and the Bulgarian felt too challenging at least with the same spring setting I used for grey side platform plank extensions.
What about you guys?
Edit: I’m now aware that these particular exercises aren’t new for everyone. Idk why my studio just started doing them, but I do like that I’m being challenged more now. What are newer exercises for any of you? Especially those who have been at Solidcore for 5+ years.
