Just lost 20k and a shiny

So basically I had bid for this Kanye shiny, and me and this dude went through a bidding battle. Eventually, I got tired of him and bid 18k and some dude bid 19k. So, I bid 20k. I go in and check on it, and my bid is gone. The auction wasn’t over, my coins were gone, and I didn’t get the song. The auction ends in 5 mins I’ll update then. Support also won’t respond.
