I’m hoping it’ll correct…
For reference, I’ll have the recipe posted. I just started and I’m at the stage for the stretch and folds every hour until she’s ready for the next step. Problem is, I didn’t realize until about 30 minutes into this phase, that I forgot the salt when it said to add more flour after the overnight rest. So I added it in and kneaded the dough a bit to help incorporate it in. Wondering if the stretch and folds will help correct it or if she’s totally cooked and best to use her for something else. I’m hoping she’s still usable for bread.
