Can I keep my starter in the fridge?

I just fed my starter and I’m wondering if I can keep it in the fridge and feed once a week. My starter is over a month old now and she’s established. I can’t realistically bake daily, but one day out of the week, I can.

Wondering if this okay to do as I don’t want to kill my starter. I have an incubator and I use it to help my starter be at the needed temp to reach her peak and be ready for bread.
