Did Space Marine 2 introduce you to Warhammer?

I'm interested to know how to popular this game is outside of existing Warhammer enthusiasts.

By 'introduce you to Warhammer' I mean that you weren't already taking an active interest in the lore, engaging in the hobby side, playing table top games or playing computer games made around Games Workshop IP. If you were already actively or previously engaged with Games Workshop IP in some fashion please answer 'no'.
