Spark has become unusable on iOS and Mac OS

OK, I know all of the comments such as "this isn't an airport, you don't need to announce your departure" etc etc..... and this isn't a post to hate on Spark.

I have used Spark pretty exclusively for years across iOS, iPad OS and Mac OS. It has predominantly been a much better experience than the native Mail app.

However, it's now at the point where I just find it takes up too much of my day dealing with issues caused by Spark.

There are 2 main issues that have driven me back to the Mail app.....

Syncing:

The sync between Mac and iOS has been SO slow - Sometimes it doesn't even work at all. I'll move an email to a folder on one device, and it just won't do anything on the other at times (sometimes it works fine).

It can take maybe.... 10 seconds, once I open the app for the read/move status to sync as well - I'll just have to stare at emails I deleted hours ago for a solid 10 seconds, and then it all starts to move.

Sending:

Perhaps it's a local issue, but the amount of times I've sent an email, to then get a notification a few minutes later saying "Spark did not send your email, open Spark to send it", is so incredibly annoying.

Essentially, the most boring of apps (email app) has becomes an unnecessary bottleneck in my life, and it's such a shame!

I could possibly live with the sending issue (as I really don't send that many emails), but the sync status when working across at least 2 devices is just such a time drain......

I've not deleted the app, so I can come back to it if/when Spark sorts it out, but part of me wonders whether the focus has shifted to the paid model so much, that the basics are just being neglected.

Having moved back to the native Mail app for the first time in maybe, 6/7 years? I have to say, it's just a no hassle experience so far.

Sure, there are a few things I miss (keyboard shortcut for moving a message on Mac is the main one), but the basics work well, and that's 95% of what I need!
