They indirectly buffed Sparking and Instant Spark

By nerfing to hell Z-Burst Dash all they did was buff Sparking Mode. It’s slower to reach your opponent with the new dash and it gives a massive window to charge to sparking mode or instant spark. Z-Burst Dash wasn’t even an issue and now they basically killed it and it honestly made the experience worse for it.
