Apple Watch Activation help....

I have read nearly a dozen guides online, including the one from Spectrum. I have talked with a Spectrum rep who activated the watch with my account and said all is good to go.

However, when I got to "Set Up Cellular" it takes me to a Spectrum sign in page. I enter the EXACT SAME ID and Password as I use for spectrum on my computer and my phone. But it says my account is locked "too many attempts try later". I immediately go sign in online at Spectrum with no problem, no locks on the account. I go back to activate the watch and get the same error from the Spectrum sign in.

WTH????? Anyone else hit this and found a solution?
