Moving to Spokane from Midwest, looking for job hunt advice.

My family and I are moving to Spokane from Montana. I've been having trouble finding a job ahead of time, we plan to move in August. I've been applying online since the beginning of June but no luck so far.

I'm experienced in construction and store management, trying to find a job that pays over $65k annually that isn't running a restaurant. Any places any of you know that would be good to look into beyond indeed? I saw a previous post about looking into the schools and I am applying for a job there.
