True South episode

So just watched the True South episode on the SEC network on St. Louis (about different cities and food/culture). Spent a lot of the episode on Chop Suey restaurants and the St. Paul sandwich. Honestly, how out of touch am I that I have never heard of this? (I didn’t grow up here but married into three decades ago!) [We do Chinese take out a lot, too.]
