Need ideas to kickstart my journey

Hi all I am a 31 year old consultant having worked in a big consulting firm for the last 6 years in Dubai; so have been fortunate enough to save up to do something on my own. However, i am now trying to figure out what to do - i know i want to be back in india and since do not have a tech background want to work on something that is not super tech focused. I am a little restless as i am unable to understand where to start and how to figure out an idea which i should pursue. Any tips on how to go about this journey of discovering an idea for oneself ?
