Destroyed all plague heart, now what?

I'm new to the game, idk what to do next after clearing all plague hearts on standard, any goals next? Or things I should do or try? Also I don't know what legacy characters are, it pop up on my missions and it's gone now, idk how to do it. Thanks in advance, Happy Gaming.
