SD cards at Aliexpress

I have seen various SD cards on Aliexpress which are supposed to have a certain number of retro games stored on them. My question is whether anyone has ever bought such a card. Is it an SD card which is full of ROMS or how would you have to load it onto the Steam deck afterwards?
