what’s y’all’s method for scraping out a grinder?

havent been able to buy in a few days, decided to scrape the grinder for what i could scavenge with this little plastic scraper that came with it. probably breaking off some microplastics (not like thats gonna stop me) wanted to know your preferred implement or technique for this scenario
