IDR - Start and End date the same?

I was approved for an income driven repayment with a start date 11/16/24. On the letter, the end date was also 11/16/24 which I thought was a typo and thought it would sort itself out...boy was I wrong and now I have a $1000 monthly payment. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice?
