Suspended From long term assignment through Kelly Education.

I work as a long term sub through Kelly Education. I went to work this morning thinking I had a job, I did my morning duty and went back to my classroom to clock in. I couldn't, Red rover says "it looks like your account is inactive", so I call Kelly to find out what's going on and they tell me that there was an incident report made against me but that they didn't know what the incident was about, and that i should have received and email, which I finally found in my spam folder, Why didn't someone from Kelly call me? I guess it was filed on Tuesday, but I don't know of any incident and neither does any of the admin at the school I am subbing for. Does anyone know what will happen?
