New Laptop for College Notes

Hi all, I’m looking for a good touchscreen laptop that can store lots of files for notes I’ve taken over the years and is good for note taking programs (and maybe the occasional game). While I have some money to spend I don’t want to spend over $800. Let me know what y’all suggest!
