Are these a pygmy variety?

I am looking for a Pygmy sundew variety and saw this one at a local greenhouse - they’re very tiny, but I am guessing they are just a small spoonleaf that isn’t fully grown yet? I don’t own any sundews yet so don’t really know how to tell the difference between them. Any advice is much appreciated! TIA!
