Cheapest way to get semaglutide without insurance?

My insurance doesn't cover semaglutide unless you have diabetes, which I do not. There are a lot of company's that offer it online for around $300 a month. Does anyone have personal experience with one cheaper? I live in the US. I cannot afford $300 a month, maybe $200... but of course less is better!
