Creatine NOT showing any results for me !
Hi All,
I (M 41) have been going to gym from past 3 months now. After my research i added Whey Protein and Creatine in my supplement stack. So, I started taking Creatine monohydrate and its been more than 1 month now. I didn't go for Loading and unloading Rather just started taking 5 grams every day after my workout. BUT , I am not seeing any difference at all.
Did i made a mistake by not loading initially? Is 5gm daily too less of a dosage for 41 year old man?
I feel too weak and not sure what else i can add in my supplement stack to increase my strength levels
