Virtual Prepaid Mastercard is Actually Unusable

Anyone else experience something like this?

First tried it on Steam, it declined and held my balance hostage for 2 weeks. Tried on several websites since then and it still declines.

Can't even add it to any wallet app on the phone. Unreal.
