RCM loader not working. RCM jig and cable.

I bought this RCM loader from eBay, which looked nothing like the RCM loader from the thumbnail.

I plugged in the RCM loader to the PC, and it wouldn't recognize it at all. When I put the jig in the Switch, and pressed the volume up and the power button, it only boot up the Nintendo Switch logo. Did I got scammed? The official RCM loaders are out of stock on Amazon.
