Hogwarts legacy help please idk what’s going on

I’m stuck on this stupid bloody screen. I read some suggestions to update to 17.0.0 so I did and it still won’t bloody work. I’ve tried downloading the nsp update using DBI but it keeps saying “installation complete” in red which makes me think it’s missing something. Also tried updating it via the new libera tinfoil shop but it doesn’t work either. I’m stumped. Any suggestions please? TIA
