Ideas for romantic date in nature ?

My girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I wanted to take her out somewhere in the area. We like outdoor activities; nature, hiking, canoeing that kind of thing. Suggestions? We have been to Green Lakes a few times, but otherwise we haven't spent too much time around Syracuse.
