I did a NIH database search: US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health Search term: Tilray
Even though USA has not Unlocked Medical Cannabis YET, nor unlocked Medical Cannabis Trials YET, as a Sch3 drug, Tilray Medical Cannabis has been part of numerous Trials listed in NIH.
Ranging from pain, alternate to opioids, cancer, etc. Tilray has been active and continues to be active in Global Trials, many not listed.
NOTE: Going back to 2018 Tilray 1.0 was given DEA & FDA approval to participate in USA Trials with their Medical Cannabis grown in GMP certified Grow Ops in Canada.
