The new order: the est is red

I would like to play this submod but what do I need to make it work? I have: the new order: the est Is red (English and Chinese versions). The New Order (chinese versione). I thought this was enough but when I start the game before it finishes loading it crashes telling me there was an error with loading the map. Are there any solutions?
