*DEVELOPERS* Is it laziness, incompetence or a lack of staff?

I cannot understand why you insist on only doing one update/patch every 30 days. You fix a long list of issues, then a whole new list of issues takes its place. This update schedule simply is not working.

Say you released a patch on on the 28th of this month, then several annoying or even game breaking issues came to light after the update. Well, that’s tough luck for us! As we now need to wait another 30 days for those issues to hopefully be fixed.

I mean, I’ve seen people complaining about the level 99 outfit reset issue for months, ever since the outfits came out. How has this not been fixed yet? I was hoping it would have made the last update, but nope. I’m now hoping it’ll make this end of February update, but if it doesn’t then it’ll be at least another 30 days. Why can’t you just release hot patches like any other game? I’ve never known a live service game to be this slow.

I really didn’t want to come across rude or insulting with this post, so I apologise if it did come across so. I’m just so sick of waiting for an eternity for anything to be fixed on this game. I’m sure others will agree.
