What is this part called

I am rebuilding the front end of my 07 Tacoma after I put it into a tree during an Ice storm last winter.

I need to replace this metal bar that sits directly under the headlights. So that my passenger side headlight can sit properly.

This is my first time rebuilding a vehicle and I am not sure exactly what this part is called.
