Should I get therapy even though I haven’t experienced abuse addiction or been diagnosed with any disorders?

I feel like there is no real need for me to seek professional help. My life is functional, I manage my responsibilities, and I don’t have any crises or trauma that demands attention. But i think I just really need someone to talk to. I don’t have any friends and my mom isn’t reliable because she will tell everyone she can even if I’m being vulnerable with her.
