Code yellow, what?

My store doesnt know how to properly do code yellow. Someone called for code yellow, ONCE. No update, no description, no late seen. Nothing. They just said it in the walkie once, and it got followed up by someone talking about another subject. No TL or ETL or AP call out. When asked for an update after a few, "oh, never mind." Was the answer. Or, you actually have to asked them the question one by one. I thought it's part of the orientation.... is it not?
