Can I drink caffeine before my appointment today??
(sorry if this is a dumb question) I have another appointment today and i’ve been trying to research if i’d be alright having caffeine before? i usually drink preworkout everyday for the gym and it has about 150mg of caffeine. some online are saying it can hurt the process, and some are saying it’ll help. does it really increase pain? would it be alright or should i definitely avoid it?
