Is the tutorial/campaign the end factory ?

Quick question I'm o llevel 4 at the moment of the tutorial. Just wanted to know at the end of this campaign thing is this the same factory I keep over all these levels ?

Basically spent a lot of time perfecting belts upto level 2 etc.... and just thought I wonder if I'm wasting my time if I end up starting again at end of tutorial/campaign?
